To celebrate Labor Day and reinforce our commitment to quality, the Liming Company Party Branch and Trade Union Committee held the 2025 Welding Skills Competition under the theme of "Welding Fire Reflects Craftsmanship, Building Dreams for a New Era".
This internal event promoted the spirit of meticulous work and showcased the fundamental professional capabilities that ensure the durability and precision of Liming Metal Forming equipment. Welding elites from the production line demonstrated exceptional skills and focus, highlighting our commitment to excellence in every component we manufacture.
The competition required participants to complete specific welds within a specified time. The judging panel provided immediate, anonymous scoring based on work efficiency, weld integrity, smoothness, and strict safety regulations. After rigorous judging, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded.
On the workshop floor, the atmosphere was focused and intense. Participants, equipped with protective gear and welding torches, precisely controlled the arc and angle. The judging panel meticulously evaluated the quality of each weld and the adherence to operational procedures to ensure fairness and impartiality—a microcosm of our daily quality control standards.
Ma Zilong won the championship with his outstanding "steady, accurate, and fast" technique. Jing Xiaohao and four other skilled employees won second and third prizes, respectively.
